Obituary of John Jacob Tulen

Peacefully, at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, on Wednesday, April 3, 2019, John Jacob Tulen, age 84, of Chatham, beloved husband of Germaine Tulen (Lanckriet). Born in Romney Township, son of the late Irma and Peter Tulen.

 He will be sadly missed by his daughter Cecilia (Stephen) Martens of Chatham, his grandchildren Jesse, and Zachary and his step grandchildren Chad and Brandon.

  Also missed by his sisters Yvonne Tetrault (Tony dec.) and Betty Ann (Ken Michie), his brothers Jack (Adeline) and James (Lise), sister-in-law Margaret Bossy, many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and relatives in Holland. 

Predeceased by an infant daughter, a sister Mary Rivard (Alex) and a brother-in-law Maurice Bossy.

  Friends and relatives may visit at the Hinnegan-Peseski Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham (519-352-5120) on Sunday, April 7, 2019 from 2 to 4 and 7 – 9 pm, where Vigil Prayers will be offered at 3 pm.

 A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, April 8, 2019 at 10 am in Blessed Sacrament Church.

 Burial will be in St. Philippe Cemetery, Grande Pointe.

Donations to the Chatham Kent Hospice Foundation would be appreciated.
