Obituary of Victor Patrick Giroux

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Victor Patrick Giroux peacefully, at the Chatham-Kent Hospice, on Saturday, April 13, 2019. 

Beloved husband of Audrey Giroux (Finlayson). Born in North Bay, Ontario, son of the late Adelia and Oscar Giroux.

He is survived by his daughter Carolyn Giroux, Christine (Kenneth) O’Shields, and son Bryce, grandchildren Samuel O’Shields, Parker Giroux and Patrick Giroux.

Predeceased by a grand daughter Rachél.   

Victor served the community from 1966 to 1996 as an officer for the Ontario Provincial Police. 

As were Victor’s wishes cremation will take place.

Special thank-you to the nurses and staff at the Chatham-Kent Hospice and to the doctors and nurses in the ICU at CKHA.
