Obituary of Albert McGowan

After a long courageous battle, at the Chatham Kent Health Alliance, Al passed away surrounded by family and into the arms of friends on Wednesday, May 1, 2019, at the age of 76. 

Loving and devoted husband to Toni for 48 years.  Amazing father, mentor, coach and friend to Jason (Elizabeth) and Jeremy (Candice).  Proud and adored Poppa of Benjamin and Natalie.  

Al will be missed by all of his family and amazing circle of friends.   Friends may call at the Hinnegan – Peseski Funeral Home, 156 William Street South, Chatham on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.

Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday, May 6, 2019 at 1 o’clock. 

Cremation to follow. 

At Al’s request donations may be made to Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada or the London Health Science Foundation.
