Obituary of Bob Howard

Peacefully, at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, on Sunday May 5, 2019, Robert “Bob” Henry Howard, age 73, of Chatham, beloved husband of Nancy Tibensky and the late Nancy (Flynn) Howard (1995).

Born in Chatham in 1945, son of the late Mary (Pelkey) and William Howard.  Loving father of Tammy (Bob) Howell of Merlin, Todd Howard of Barrie and Shawn (Sonia) Howard of Chatham. 

Proud Papa of Amy Howell (Dan Michaud), Amanda Howell, Trevor Howard (Tiffany Priebe), MacKenzie Howard, special Papa to Dustin Farquharson and Big Papa of Grace, Nora, Chase and Codie-Lynn.  

 Also missed by his sister-in-law Dienne Howard and many nieces and nephews. 

Predeceased by brothers Douglas, “Pete” Frederick, Thomas, Patrick, John “Boomer”, Lloyd “Pokey”, David “Bev” and Donald “Buck” Howard. 

Friends and relatives may visit at Hinnegan-Peseski Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham (519-352-5120) on Thursday May 9, 2019 from 2 – 4 and 7 - 9 pm, where Vigil Prayers will be offered at 3 pm.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday May 10, 2019 at 10 am in Blessed Sacrament Church.

Burial will be in Maple Leaf Cemetery.

Donations to P.A.W.R. would be appreciated.

A light meal and refreshments will be served at the Royal Canadian Legion after the burial.
