Obituary of Lorraine Sanford

Peacefully, at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, on Tuesday, August 27, 2019, Lorraine Helene Sanford, age 93, of Chatham, beloved wife of the late Kenneth Sanford (2013).

Born in Timmins, ON in 1926, daughter of the late Florence and Frederick Boulanger.

Loving mother of Neil Sanford (Kathy Simpson) and Lynn McNeill (dec. John).

Dearest grandmother Scott (Jodi) and Ryan Collier, great grandmother of Michael, Amber, Molly, Keegan, and Riley, great great grandmother of Cruz and Carter.   

Step grandmother to Andrew (Rachel) McNeill, Jenny (Rosie) Martin. She will also be missed by her step great grandchildren Chelsea, Robbie and Troy, Drew Martin and her special friend Dick Geroux. 

Predeceased by her step great grandson Cody Doan.

A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, September 6, 2019 at St. Agnes Church from 9:30 am until 10 am, at which time a memorial mass will be held. 

Interment will be at a later date.
