Obituary of William Ernest Shepherd

Peacefully, at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, on Wednesday, November 20, 2019, William Ernest Shepherd, age 90, of Chatham, beloved husband of the late Hazel Shepherd (1991). 

Born in Toronto, 1928, son of the late Doris and William Shepherd.  

He will be sadly missed by his sons Jim (Joyce) Shepherd, Frank (Barb) Shepherd, and Joel (Angela) Shepherd, 9 grandchildren, James Jr. (Adrienne), Gemini (Shawn), Starlee (Kevin), Stephanie (Jeff), Brett (Kelly), Scott (Louise), Melissa, Sarah (Shane), and Stacie (Rachel), 18 great grandchildren, Keira, Daniel, Alexia, Joshua (Courtney), Jazzmyn (Ryan), Jacob, Jovea, Jonah, Jordan, Kaylee-Belle, Khloe, Kaytlyn, Koen, Kolten, Emersyn, Chloe, Addison and Elijah, 3 great great grandchildren, Aleigha, Clementine, and Austin.   

Predeceased by his son Dan Shepherd.   

A Funeral Service was conducted in Hinnegan-Peseski Funeral Home on Friday, November 22, 2019 at 12 pm.  

Burial was in Maple Leaf Cemetery.
