Peacefully, at Chatham-Kent Hospice on Friday, February 7, 2020, Marilyn O'Flynn, age 82, of Chatham, beloved wife of the late Dermot O'Flynn and the late Thomas Kipp.
Born in Windsor in 1937, daughter of the late Hilda and Reginald Pitre.
Loving mother of Bradley (Helena) Kipp, Stacey Kipp and Taunya Kipp (Dave McDonald).
Dearest grandmother of Kory, Taija, Brett, Lynsey, Kayla, Logan, Konner, Shawna and great grandmother of Ry, Emma, Maximus and Waylond. Dear sister of Winnifred (Joseph) Ward and Joyce Cauchon. She is also survived by sister-in-law Claire Pitre and many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her brothers Reginald and Gerry Pitre, sister-in-law Louise Pitre and brother-in-law Vince Cauchon.
Cremation has taken place.
Family and friends are invited to gather for visiting from 1 – 2 pm on Friday, February 14, 2020 in St. Joseph’s Church, Chatham followed by a Memorial Funeral Mass at 2 pm.
Burial of ashes will be in St. Peter’s Cemetery, London, ON at a later date.
Donations to the Kidney Foundation of Canada would be appreciated.
