Peacefully, at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, on Thursday, March 12, 2020, age 91, of Chatham, beloved wife of the late Albert “Bert” Simmons (2016).
Born in Chatham, daughter of the late Annie (Ridgers) and Charles Cook.
She is survived by her children, Susan (Rob) Longley of Burlington, and Shelley (Mike) Deneau of Chatham, her grandchildren, Jason and Josh Deneau and Amy Longley, and 6 great grandchildren. Predeceased by a brother William Cook and a sister Alice Wilcox.
Friends and relatives may visit at the Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham (519-352-5120) from 7–9 pm on Monday, March 16, 2020.
A Funeral Service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at 11 am.
Cremation will follow.
In lieu of flowers donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
