Peacefully, at Riverview Gardens Nursing Home, Chatham, on Tuesday, March 17, 2020, Irena Leciago, age 95, of Chatham, beloved wife of the late Kazimierz Leciago. Born in Poland, daughter of the late Helena and Stanislaw Duchnowski.
She will be sadly missed by her son Ron (Kathi) Leciago of Blenheim, her grandchildren Lita Leciago and Megan (Matt Vlasschaert) and her great grandchildren Logan and Emma Leciago and Henry Vlasschaert. Survived by her sister Janina Kowalczyk and several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her sister Jadwiga Sojczynski and her brother Zygmunt Duchnowski.
A private family funeral will be held with burial in St. Anthony’s Cemetery.
