Peacefully at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Chatham Campus, on Thursday May 14, 2020, Claire Therese Landry, age 72, of Pain Court, beloved wife of Henry Landry.
Born in Quebec in 1948, daughter of the late Noella (Belanger) and Frederic Barrette. Claire worked at Shoppers Drug Mart.
Loving mother of Claire Landry (Gilles Cyrenne), Frederic Landry (dec. 2010), and Nathalie (Jeff) Latimer. Sadly missed by a daughter-in-law Lisa Landry. Cherished grandmother of Marie-Lise, Marie-Josée, Emilie, Alic, Abby, Emma, Kalli, Jayme, Cassidy and great grandmother of 9.
Dear sister of Jannine (Leo) Gauthier, Anita (Joe) Simatovic, Huguette (David) Shushack and Lucie (Marcel) Jourdain. Predeceased by 6 sisters and 2 brothers.
The Hinnegan-Peseski Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham (519-352-5120) is in charge of arrangements.
Due to the current circumstances, there will be no funeral home visitation or service, private family only.
Cremation will then follow.
Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
