Obituary of Alan Charles Ackerley
Peacefully at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, on Wednesday, July 29, 2020, Alan Charles Ackerley, age 82, of Wallaceburg. Beloved husband of Ann Marie (Feduzzi) Ackerley. Born in Toronto in 1938, son of the late Edna (Rimer) and Albert Ackerley.
Loving father of Rob and Bonnie. Predeceased by his brother David Ackerley.
Alan spent most of his early life in Colorado and British Columbia before moving to Ontario in 1967. He had a great sense of humour, was an avid gardener and a master of furniture restoration.
As were Alan’s wishes, there will be no funeral home visitation or service. Cremation has taken place.
A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
