Suddenly at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Chatham Campus, on Wednesday March 2, 2016, Chantelle Anne Rivard, at the age of 40 years. Born in Chatham in 1975, cherished daughter of Alice Tetrault (Paul Hymus) and Marcel (Helayne) Rivard.
Loving mother of Samantha Rivard (Mike Levesque), Tiffany Tugwell, Melissa Rivard and Brett Tugwell. Dear granddaughter of Francoise Rivard. Chantelle will be missed by many step brothers and sisters as well as aunts, uncles and cousins and good friend Joe Dubuque. Predeceased by grandparents Halarie “Joe” Rivard (2014), Armand Tetrault (2000) and Antoinette Tetrault (2003).
Friends and relatives may visit at the Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham (519-352-5120) from 2-4 pm on Sunday March 6, 2016.
Funeral Service will be conducted in the Hinnegan-Peseski Funeral Home Chapel on Monday March 7, 2016 at 1:00 pm with Deacon Steve Cartier officiating.
Cremation will follow.
Donations to Canadian Mental Health Association would be appreciated.
