I knew Stan when he was working with the Jr. Maroons when my father George Aitken first started coaching them. He was always so nice and kind to a little kid hanging around the dressing room. Then Bill and Michael were great supporters of the Maroons when I played with them. I also knew Cheryl from high school quiet and shy and would run into her once in a while in later years and we would talk.. She is resting around the corner from my Father in the cemetery.
