Peacefully at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, on Friday October 22, 2021, Frederick Kusak, age 91, of Blenheim, beloved husband of Frances (Wolowiec) Kusak. Born in Dutton in 1930, son of the late Anna (Lekes) and James Kusak. He is survived by his nephew Paul (Lisa) and their children Matthew, Thomas, William and Lucy.
Predeceased by his brother Lloyd (Mielute) Kusak.
A graveside service took place on Monday October 25, 2021 in St. Anthony’s Cemetery.
