Obituary of Ernie Roesch

Peacefully at the Chatham-Kent Hospice, on Tuesday November 23, 2021, Ernest “Ernie” Roesch, age 83, of Kent Bridge, beloved husband of the late Bette Louise (Bodkin) Roesch (2014). 

Born in Kent Bridge in 1938, son of the late Mabel (Robert) and Eugene Roesch. Ernie farmed all of his life in Harwich Township and was a member of St. Joseph’s Church.

He is survived by daughter Joan (late Dale) Jacques; 3 sons Dan (Kimberly) Roesch, Jim (Jennifer) Roesch, Ted (Ruth) Roesch. Cherished grandfather of Kenneth, Alesha, Dan, Steve, Becky, Hannah, Abigail, Olivia and step grandfather of Tracy and Aaron and missed by great grandchildren Alice, Chloe and James. Predeceased by his sisters; Irene VanBemmel and Florence Dawson.

Friends and relatives may visit at Hinnegan-Peseski Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham (519-352-5120) on November 25, 2021 from 2 - 4 and 7 – 9 pm.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday November 26, 2021 at 10 am in St. Joseph's Church.
