To Connie's Family, My condolences on the passing of your mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. I volunteer with the Ministry of the Shut Ins at Blessed Sacrament Church in Chatham and visited Connie while she still lived in her home. She was a gracious, kind, gentle soul. Loved to tell me stories about her childhood in Malta and the cat she had. God bless you and your families at this time. Francine De Meyer

Our deepest sympathies to Auntie Connie’s family here and abroad. Auntie Connie was a sweet soul. Loved visiting her, always had stories to tell. Have fond memories especially when we lived in Malta not far from each other. RIP Auntie Connie with your loving husband Uncle Trajano. Love you all.
