Peacefully at Riverview Gardens Nursing Home, on Friday February 25, 2022, Mae  Connie Formosa, age 100, of Chatham, beloved wife of the late Trajano Formosa (2005).  Born in New York in 1921, daughter of the late Adelina (Borg) and Carlo Delia.  

Loving mother of Norman (Maureen) Formosa and Edna (Genio) Falzon.  Dear grandmother of Aaron Falzon, Lorna (Grant) Cowie, Vernon (Robin) Falzon, Charlotte Falzon, Monique (Tim) Marshall, Nicole (Chris) Carlone, Jeannot (Tony) Vilaranda and many great grandchildren.  She will also be missed by her special cousin Josephine Vella and many nieces and nephews. 

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday March 1, 2022 at 11 AM in Blessed Sacrament Church.  

Burial will be in Maple Leaf Cemetery.

Donations to the charity of one’s choice would be appreciated.
