Losing a parent is very difficult. Your Mom was a kind and wonderful person.
I remember the first time I met your family, at a Genie's family camping trip at the Pinery. Your Mom and Dad were always smiling and laughing. Thinking of all of you at this time.

Shirl was a long time dear, dear friend. She was a strong woman who raised a wonderful family even though widowed at a very young age. I loved to hear her laughter. No one could remain sad if they heard her laugh. It was contagious!
Shirl was a true, loyal friend, a confidant, a co- worker for about 20 years, and possessed a truly beautiful spirit.
I and Chris Fraser were blessed all those years to be able to call her a dear friend. We all worked hard but managed to have a lot of laughs together as well.
Many hugs to her family. They are a testament to how well their parents raised them.
My most sincere, heart-felt condolences to you all.

Shirley was a great person for my daughter to have for a mother-in-law. She was a good friend to me also.
She had a great deal of friends. And interest's.
She was a very busy lady, and I really admired her strength and determination. Also the best part, we shared the same grandchildren.
RIP Shirley
