Obituary of Ruth Ann Bossence

At Riverview Gardens Nursing Home, Chatham, on Wednesday May 15, 2024, Ruth Ann Bossence, age 82, of Chatham, beloved wife of the late Robert Bossence. 

Born in Toronto in 1941, daughter of the late Violet (Wingrove) and James Martin. Ruth worked for the Ministry of Transportation until her retirement.

She is survived by a daughter Lee Ann Bossence and a son Steven Bossence.  Predeceased by a son Robert Bossence (May. 2023). Also sadly missed by a daughter-in-law Melody Bossence and by her grandchildren Max, Olivia Villaranda, Nicholas, Alexander and by one great grandchild Everleigh.  

As were Ruth’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family burial of ashes will take place at a later date.

The Hinnegan-Peseski Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham (519-352-5120) is in charge of arrangements.
