To the Matteis Family,
I'm sorry, I just read in the paper, the passing of your father. I would like to express my most sincere condolences to you and will take the opportunity to embrace the memories of a vibrant, colourful, expressive, hard-working man; someone who was truly his "own person". When the occassions and celebrations of various birthdays, or holiday themed events that where held at the property of Canada's Graceland.... both my husband Doug and I looked forward to seeing your dad, engaging in lively conversations, and most importantly, enjoyed immensely, the overall company of a gentleman who had persona, was truly his own person, and sadly it seems at times in our world, a personality like his, as a rare commodity.
